to our game meat selection

Our Buffalo products are farm raised in a natural environment in Ontario, The Caribou are range raised in Labrador and both Caribou and Buffalo products are drug and hormone free as well as Government Inspected. A variety of cuts are available for your enjoyment. Our Pheasants are locally raised in a free run environment.

As with Venison, Buffalo and Caribou are nutritious, dense and flavourful meats. They are low in calories (Buffalo 93 calories per 3.5 oz) and cholesterol and high in protein, iron and flavour.

Like Venison & Elk, Buffalo & Caribou require a short cooking time when cooked over high heat. Searing keeps the goodness sealed in. The cooking tips on the Recipe & Cooking Tips page apply equally to Buffalo & Caribou meat cuts.

These lean, delicious and natural meats are versatile and will add to your dining pleasure. ENJOY!

(moccasins, mitts hats etc.) and CANEVA antler capsules for humans and K-9 ,
as well as frozen and traditionally sliced Elk Antler & Deer Horn.
